Copyeditor for Child Protection, Development and Disability Data and Analytics

Copyedits and proofreads UNICEF data and knowledge products on child protection, early childhood development and disability for public, government, donor and partner audiences. The consultant ensures clear, accurate and accessible reports, articles, toolkits and digital content.

• Copyedit data-driven thematic reports and brochures for diverse audiences
• Edit technical documents, toolkits, funding proposals and donor reports
• Proofread academic articles, blog posts, webpage copy and other digital products
• Ensure editorial quality, accuracy, consistency and audience-appropriate language
• Support finalisation of knowledge products for governments, media, partners, donors and the public

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, literature, journalism, creative or technical writing, public health, social sciences or a related field
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in journalism, editing, copyediting, proofreading or communications
• Fluent English
• Proficiency with standard office software
