National Consultancy: Social and Behaviour Change Communications

Coordinates production and dissemination of social and behaviour change communication products for UNICEF Uzbekistan, working with national partners, specialists and vendors to deliver tested multimedia materials supporting health, education and WASH interventions.

• Coordinate production of social and behaviour change materials
• Develop briefs for visual, audio and video products
• Liaise with national partners, specialists and vendors
• Review products for technical quality and brand compliance
• Support dissemination across health, education and WASH programmes

• Master’s degree in social studies, health communication or a relevant field
• At least five years of relevant communication experience in health or education
• Fluency in Uzbek, English and Russian

• National consultancy open to Uzbekistan nationals
• Home-based assignment lasting 11 months
