UNDP Madagascar seeks four online volunteers to analyse current qualitative and quantitative gender data across four programme portfolios and priority regions. The assignment will collect and review national and regional sources, examine at least ten documents per theme, and produce concise gender-analysis reports with portfolio-specific bibliographies.

• Identify and compile relevant sources
• Collect qualitative information and quantitative data
• Conduct research across UNDP Madagascar's programme portfolios
• Review at least ten documents per thematic area at national and regional levels
• Write gender-analysis reports that identify gender relations and socio-political and economic vulnerabilities
• Prepare portfolio-specific bibliographies for the analysis reports

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Sound command of scientific and academic working methods
• Malagasy and French

• Knowledge or experience in gender
• Degree in a related field
