- Submit reports by noon Istanbul time each weekday for twelve weeks
- Cover significant incidents and developments relevant to regional security-risk management
- Use local-language newspapers, online articles and other credible publications
- Verify source reliability and present information accurately and logically
- Participate in bi-weekly online feedback and progress meetings
