Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of each stage of recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain candidate databases, rosters and recruitment files while protecting confidentiality
- Prepare draft minutes and consolidate panel observations from selection processes
- Safeguard and digitise recruitment-process documentation
- Provide administrative support for staff onboarding and separation processes
- Prepare human-resources reports, statistics and information for decision-making
- Track mandatory training, performance-management processes and staff-development initiatives
- Coordinate with office units to provide timely, high-quality human-resources services
Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of administrative or operational-support experience in human resources
- Background in business administration, psychology, social sciences, human resources or a related field
- Experience in records management and document management
- Experience supporting recruitment processes
- Experience using recruitment-management tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Spanish
- English
