This national UN Volunteer assignment supports WFP Bolivia's human-resources function across recruitment, personnel administration and workforce information. It keeps candidate files and selection records secure, helps colleagues join and leave the organisation smoothly, and produces reliable human-resources reporting while coordinating responsive services with office units.

• Support planning and delivery of each stage of recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain candidate databases, rosters and recruitment files while protecting confidentiality
• Prepare draft minutes and consolidate panel observations from selection processes
• Safeguard and digitise recruitment-process documentation
• Provide administrative support for staff onboarding and separation processes
• Prepare human-resources reports, statistics and information for decision-making
• Track mandatory training, performance-management processes and staff-development initiatives
• Coordinate with office units to provide timely, high-quality human-resources services

• At least 3 years of administrative or operational-support experience in human resources
• Background in business administration, psychology, social sciences, human resources or a related field
• Experience in records management and document management
• Experience supporting recruitment processes
• Experience using recruitment-management tools
• Experience using Microsoft Office
