Job Description
Supports WFP country offices in translating operational priorities into practical workforce plans and organisational structures. The consultant analyses workforce data, skills and projected gaps, develops structural options and recommendations, coordinates engagement with management and HR stakeholders, and monitors implementation of workforce-planning and organisational-alignment reviews across the assigned region.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Serve as regional focal point for workforce planning and organisational-alignment reviews
- Analyse workforce composition, skills, demand, supply and projected gaps
- Develop organisational design options for country offices
- Translate analysis into recommendations for management decision-making
- Facilitate engagement with country offices, regional offices, HR and technical experts
- Coordinate workforce-data collection, validation and presentation
- Monitor implementation of workforce plans and structural-review recommendations
- Improve workforce-planning tools, templates and knowledge products
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resources, organisational development, organisational psychology, business or public administration, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a relevant field
- At least five years of HR-management experience, including three years in strategic workforce planning, organisational design or HR consulting
- At least three years of international experience in a multicultural team
- Excellent command of English
- Fluency in Spanish for the Panama-based position
Desired Criteria
- Proficiency in workforce-planning, data-analysis, reporting or visualisation tools
- Knowledge of data-visualisation platforms or AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools
- Knowledge of another UN language
