Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytical and technical activities across end-to-end organisation-design reviews
  • Conduct diagnostics of structures, operating models, governance, workforce data and business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and consultations to validate findings and proposed designs
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce-planning approaches and annual planning cycles
  • Evaluate and classify positions using ICSC standards
  • Manage concurrent design assignments and support adoption of approved changes
  • Research and share methods for organisation design, workforce planning and job evaluation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organisational psychology, behavioural science, business administration, management or a related discipline with seven years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with five years
  • Certified training in a recognised job-evaluation methodology
  • Progressively responsible experience in organisational diagnostics, design, restructuring and transformation
  • Fluent English
