Job Description
IOM Ukraine is seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative support to the learning, development and reporting functions. The intern will file correspondence, arrange interviews, post vacancies, update organisational charts, verify attendance records and collect data for danger-pay processing, helping HR services run accurately and on time for mission personnel.

Role Requirements
- Experience coordinating recruitment processes

- Ability to maintain accurate HR data and documentation
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
- Experience in field missions, peacekeeping, armed conflict, post-conflict, socioeconomic or political analysis, or security analysis affecting child protection
- Experience drafting high-level child-rights reports
- Experience in the UN Common System or a comparable international organization
- Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
