Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop advocacy strategies with SMART outcomes and theories of change
  • Analyze political, economic and cultural trends for advocacy opportunities
  • Coordinate advocacy tactics, products, narratives and public engagement
  • Design and deliver communication plans for advocacy priorities
  • Plan and monitor digital initiatives and integrated campaigns
  • Build media relationships and advocacy partnerships
  • Manage projects, budgets and advocacy capacity building

Role Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in communications, international development, public administration, economics, political science or a related field
  • At least five years of progressively responsible advocacy, campaigning and communications experience
  • Proficiency in English and Tagalog

Desired Criteria

  • Experience developing advocacy strategies with theories of change and performance indicators
  • Experience in policy change, coalitions, media relations and project management
