Summary of Responsibilities
- Process human-resources actions and maintain administrative records
- Review staff entitlements claims and advise on administrative procedures
- Monitor expenditures and support budget reviews and submissions
- Prepare travel arrangements, correspondence and unit files
- Coordinate administrative arrangements for meetings and operational services
- Administer outsourced-service contracts and process contractor invoices
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience, or a first-level university degree or higher with three years
- Experience in administrative services, finance, accounting, audit, human resources or a related area
- English proficiency
- Authorisation to work for the United Nations in the Nassau duty station
Desired Criteria
- Experience in general office support or a related area
