Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning and implementation of complex programme and project activities
- Coordinate programme proposals and project documents for approval
- Prepare and analyse programme budget proposals and estimates
- Monitor project status, expenditures and fund availability
- Coordinate administrative actions for recruitment, travel, payments and procurement
- Maintain files and databases and prepare reports and statistical tables
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with seven years of relevant experience, or a first-level university degree or higher with five years
- Experience in programme or project administration, technical cooperation or a related area
- English proficiency
- Authorisation to work for the United Nations in the Nassau duty station
Desired Criteria
- Experience in the UN common system or a similar international organisation
- Experience with an enterprise resource planning system
- Experience with talent-management platforms such as Inspira
