Job Description
Develops a complete English as a Foreign Language curriculum for teenage learners by adapting Ann Foundation’s existing young-learner materials. The online assignment aligns content with CEFR Pre-A1 to A2 outcomes and produces inclusive lessons, assessments and tutor guidance for low-resource settings.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review and adapt five pages of existing young-learner curriculum each week
- Develop a 50-page EFL curriculum package for learners aged 13 to 18
- Align the curriculum, learning outcomes and scope and sequence with CEFR Pre-A1 to A2
- Create age-appropriate themes, activities, lesson templates and assessment strategies
- Ensure content is engaging, culturally inclusive and suitable for online and low-resource delivery
Role Requirements
- Experience in EFL curriculum design
- Knowledge of developmental, learning and behavioural differences between children and teenagers
- Ability to adapt lesson plans, teaching guides and other learning materials
- Strong English communication and writing skills
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
