Job Description
Develops partnerships that create finance, market-access, buyer, digital-platform and business-development opportunities for WEIDE women-led SMEs. The consultant converts outreach into documented commitments and workplans, coordinates partner activity across participating countries, and sustains an inclusive business community through referrals, networking and progress reporting.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a partnership-development strategy for WEIDE SMEs
- Identify and engage local and international partners offering finance, market access and business-development opportunities
- Lead partnership outreach, negotiations and follow-up to secure commitments
- Develop joint workplans with partners covering activities, beneficiaries, responsibilities and results
- Facilitate introductions and referrals between WEIDE SMEs and relevant partners
- Coordinate international and country-level partnerships with BSOs, country teams, trainers and the WEIDE Secretariat
- Maintain a partnership tracker and prepare progress updates and recommendations
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in social studies, international relations or a related field, with extensive relevant experience accepted in lieu of a university degree
- At least two years of relevant experience in partnerships and donor management
- Advanced knowledge of English
