Job Description
Develops UNICEF Asia Pacific's engagement strategy with Singapore by mapping partners, identifying collaboration opportunities and producing a partnership roadmap. The home-based consultant will analyse priorities across government, academia, civil society and business, shape a 2027 ASEAN Chairmanship concept, and support strategic recommendations that expand regional results for children.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Map current and potential government, academic, civil-society and private-sector partners
- Identify partnership opportunities and recommended next steps
- Assess Singapore's 2027 ASEAN Chairmanship priorities and entry points
- Develop a consultation-ready UNICEF-Singapore collaboration concept
- Prepare a long-term UNICEF-Singapore partnership strategy and roadmap
- Support meetings and missions in Singapore and provide weekly progress updates
- Strengthen existing relationships and establish new partnership entry points
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree at Master's level or equivalent
- At least five years of public or private partnership-development experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience working with government entities or academia
- Knowledge of the United Nations system
- Fluency in other United Nations languages
