Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop a unified content strategy and narrative for the Caribbean MCO
- Redesign web pages and programmatic sections for the regional structure
- Draft and update core website content while maintaining editorial quality
- Configure and launch the Drupal-based MCO website and its navigation
- Coordinate CMS user roles with global teams
- Lead content migration, redirects, URL mapping and quality assurance across priority country sites
- Maintain compliance with UNICEF UX, UI, accessibility and branding standards
- Resolve content issues and escalate platform issues when needed
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, information management or a related field
- At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital content management, web governance or digital project coordination
- Fluency in English

- Based in the Caribbean time zone to support coordination and office engagement
