Videographer

Produces promotional films for ten Sierra Leonean micro, small and medium enterprises participating in ITC's youth digital-technologies project. The consultant plans shoots with enterprises, creates horizontal, vertical and subtitled videos, and manages editing, feedback and delivery of professional assets that strengthen business visibility, branding and digital market positioning.

• Plan filming schedules and creative approaches with participating enterprises and project stakeholders
• Produce promotional videos that present each enterprise's products, services and brand identity
• Create horizontal website and presentation versions, vertical social-media versions and subtitles where required
• Edit and finalise footage with transitions, titles and other relevant production elements
• Incorporate enterprise and project-team feedback through up to two revision rounds per enterprise
• Deliver digital-ready final video files and a summary report
• Ensure communications products comply with ITC visual-identity, visibility and quality guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in video production, media, communications, visual arts or a related field; extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a university degree
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial videography and video production
• Experience producing promotional and brand-storytelling videos
• A professional client portfolio, at least 3 professional references and a financial proposal must be submitted
• Advanced English and Krio
