Job Description

Generation Unlimited seeks a design and creative communications consultant to produce materials for meetings, reports, pitch decks, proposals and social-media campaigns. The consultant will provide creative expertise for events and uphold logo and visibility standards, advancing investment and action on young people’s skills-to-opportunity pathways in an AI-enabled, digital and green economy.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality materials for global meetings, key Generation Unlimited reports, pitch decks and proposals
  • Create creative communications for social media campaigns
  • Provide creative expertise for special events
  • Ensure adherence to logo and visibility guidelines across design materials
  • Support influence, investment and action on the youth skills-to-opportunity gap

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, innovation, social science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience leading multimedia graphic design and visual identity projects for publications, social media and events
  • At least 2 years of experience working with international organizations or similar institutions with multi-partner, multi-country programmes
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary

Desired Criteria

  • Ability to create visual assets for digital media and virtual or in-person events
  • Ability to lead flagship publications and present data in audience-friendly visuals
  • Ability to adapt designs for multiple formats and audiences while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Experience with UNICEF and youth-focused programming is an added advantage
