Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist conciliators, arbitrators and committee members to identify necessary legal and practice materials
- Demonstrated ability to research complex arbitration and investment law questions, and draft documents in a clear and precise manner with limited supervision
- Prepare role-specific technical reports and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders on operational delivery
Role Requirements
- Law degree (JD, LLM or equivalent) and admission to the Bar (or equivalent) in at least one jurisdiction
- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in English
