Job Description
Supports preparation of Haiti’s Gavi 6.0 application, translating immunization-system priorities into a high-quality, costed and evidence-based submission. The consultancy will help define priority functions, partners, workplans, indicators and delivery approaches that strengthen immunization services, data, supply chains and outbreak preparedness in a fragile setting.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive and high-quality Gavi 6.0 application package for Haiti
- Select and justify priority immunization-system functions based on country bottlenecks
- Identify implementing partners and define implementation arrangements for the application
- Prepare a fully costed multi-year workplan with indicators and targets aligned to the Partnership Accountability Framework
- Develop realistic, context-adapted delivery approaches and a robust monitoring framework
- Provide technical coordination and writing support for a compliant Gavi submission
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree at master's level or higher in public health, health policy, epidemiology, health supply chain or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience with Gavi applications
- More than 5 years of immunization programme expertise
- Excellent command of English and French
- Experience in budgeting and costing and technical assistance to fragile or humanitarian-crisis-affected countries
