Summary of Responsibilities
- Execute IGOM strategy and increase global adoption
- Govern IGOM content development, review, approval and publication
- Assess risks and impacts of procedure and content changes
- Monitor and manage operational variations from IGOM standards
- Build analytics and reporting for standards performance
- Transform IGOM and AHM into digitally enabled standards
- Establish content architecture, metadata and document controls
- Automate content development, publication and maintenance
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, documentation management, operations management, engineering, quality and compliance management or related discipline
- At least seven years of ground-operations experience, including three years in standards management and control
- Experience leading digital transformation involving documentation and knowledge-management systems in ground operations
- Experience designing KPI frameworks, performance-measurement systems and operational dashboards
