• Originate, structure, and execute financial sponsor-backed green and sustainable infrastructure debt transactions, including private credit and co-lending opportunities
• Analyze evidence and prepare high-quality documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver assigned workstreams
• Maintain records, compliance controls and timely reporting

• Minimum 10 years of relevant debt-financing experience in infrastructure finance
