Senior Data and Systems Control Associate

The Senior Data and Systems Control Associate is the senior technical focal point for ERP access controls and financial master data in IOM’s Manila Global Shared Services Centre. The role leads secure role-management workflows, access reviews and master-data governance, resolves complex data and control issues with Finance, Policy and ICT partners, and guides staff while strengthening processes.

• Translate functional requirements into secure ERP role-management workflows
• Oversee review, approval and provisioning of ERP access requests
• Coordinate updates to central permission rules and access de-provisioning
• Lead organization-wide access reviews and resolve control exceptions
• Oversee financial master-data maintenance and validation before deployment
• Manage support tickets and guide staff on complex system issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field with five years of relevant experience
• Or high school diploma with seven years of relevant experience
• Experience in ERP administration, access and role management, financial master data management or related systems control functions
• Sound knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, internal controls and ERP-related processes

• Certified Public Accountant certification is an advantage
• Experience working across Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Management and IT is an advantage
