Job Description

The Senior Case Management Associate supports IOM Ireland’s MHPSS services at Citywest. The post supervises caseworkers, coordinates vulnerability screening and referrals, maintains service partnerships, and reports trends, complaints and safeguarding concerns to improve residents’ access to support.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily caseworker services for Citywest accommodation-centre residents
  • Supervise caseworkers, community focal points and volunteers
  • Support vulnerability screening, MHPSS assessments and referral pathways
  • Prepare weekly updates on trends, complaints and practical solutions
  • Coordinate outreach, information sessions and partnerships with civil-society organisations

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma with six years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree and Social Work accreditation with four years
  • Experience supporting case management or assistance programmes for migrants
  • Fluency in English, oral and written
  • Valid residence and work permit for Ireland

Desired Criteria

  • Experience providing direct assistance to migrants or refugees
  • Experience with State agencies and non-governmental organisations in Ireland
  • Experience or training in mental health and psychosocial support
