Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor mental-health project activities
- Compile and analyse project information and identify noteworthy issues
- Monitor budget implementation and propose adjustments
- Coordinate administrative actions, clearances and stakeholder follow-up
- Prepare status reports, briefings, correspondence and statistical materials
- Organise meetings, workshops, training and capacity-building delivery
- Monitor implementing partners and mobile teams for compliance
- Support standard procedures, concept papers and new project development
Role Requirements
- High-school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or university degree in social science, psychology or a related field with four years
- Experience in information management, preferably in migration and conflict settings
- Experience collecting data in the field
- High computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Romanian and Russian
Desired Criteria
- Experience with international organisations or non-governmental organisations
- Knowledge of border-management settings
- Familiarity with mobile data-collection technologies and GPS
- Ukrainian proficiency
