MHPSS Senior Project Associate

Coordinate mental health and psychosocial support project delivery in Moldova by monitoring activities, budgets and partners, analysing information, organising training and stakeholder engagement, maintaining programme records and supporting procedures and new project development.

• Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor mental-health project activities
• Compile and analyse project information and identify noteworthy issues
• Monitor budget implementation and propose adjustments
• Coordinate administrative actions, clearances and stakeholder follow-up
• Prepare status reports, briefings, correspondence and statistical materials
• Organise meetings, workshops, training and capacity-building delivery
• Monitor implementing partners and mobile teams for compliance
• Support standard procedures, concept papers and new project development

• High-school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or university degree in social science, psychology or a related field with four years
• Experience in information management, preferably in migration and conflict settings
• Experience collecting data in the field
• High computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Romanian and Russian

• Experience with international organisations or non-governmental organisations
• Knowledge of border-management settings
• Familiarity with mobile data-collection technologies and GPS
• Ukrainian proficiency
