Job Description
Provides case-management support for migrants' socio-economic inclusion under IOM's social inclusion and integration project. The role connects people with services, employment, training and community networks while maintaining case records, support plans and reporting on integration needs.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide culturally appropriate information and referral support
- Facilitate migrants' access to services through referral pathways
- Support access to employment, vocational training and career counselling
- Organise community-integration activities and awareness sessions
- Build networks with community leaders, employers and service providers
- Develop individual support plans and conduct risk assessments for vulnerable migrants
- Maintain case files and report on integration trends and challenges
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education or Migration Studies with two years of experience, or high school diploma with four years
- Experience in labour-market integration, community engagement or educational support
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Experience working with migrant communities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and spoken English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Fluency in Hungarian or Russian
