​​Integration Case Worker (Consultant Category A)​

IOM seeks an Integration Case Worker consultant in Georgetown to assess migrants' needs, develop individual integration plans, coordinate housing, health, education, language and employment referrals, maintain confidential records, advocate for clients and strengthen local service pathways.

• Assess migrant needs, vulnerabilities, skills and barriers and develop individualized integration plans
• Coordinate referrals to housing, health, education, language, legal and employment services
• Provide job-readiness support, training referrals and follow-up on social and economic inclusion
• Maintain confidential case files, track outcomes and adapt support as needs evolve
• Advocate for clients and deliver orientation on local systems, rights and community participation
• Build referral relationships and coordinate holistic support with authorities, NGOs and service providers

• A relevant bachelor's degree with four years of professional experience or secondary education with six years of relevant experience
• Experience liaising with government, national or international institutions, UN agencies or NGOs
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
• Fluent oral and written English
