Responsibilities
- Assess migrant needs, vulnerabilities, skills and barriers and develop individualized integration plans
- Coordinate referrals to housing, health, education, language, legal and employment services
- Provide job-readiness support, training referrals and follow-up on social and economic inclusion
- Maintain confidential case files, track outcomes and adapt support as needs evolve
- Advocate for clients and deliver orientation on local systems, rights and community participation
- Build referral relationships and coordinate holistic support with authorities, NGOs and service providers
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree with four years of professional experience or secondary education with six years of relevant experience
- Experience liaising with government, national or international institutions, UN agencies or NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
- Fluent oral and written English
