Senior Project Associate (Legal Identity)

Supports migrants to obtain legal identity and civil documents through case management, referrals and administrative coordination, analysing documentation barriers, maintaining records, training partners and liaising with authorities and service providers.

• Manage migrant cases, assess needs and coordinate referrals and follow-up
• Assist migrants to obtain or regularise civil and legal identity documents
• Analyse documentation gaps, case trends and barriers to registration services
• Coordinate authorities, registries, consulates, partners and service providers
• Maintain case records, deliver training and monitor implementing-partner compliance

• School diploma with six years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant social, migration, human-rights or law field with four years of experience
• Experience liaising with government authorities, international institutions, UN agencies and NGOs
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced people, trafficking victims or other vulnerable groups
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Special short-term graded consultancy of up to nine months
• Appointment is subject to funding, medical fitness, accreditation and security clearance
• Recommended candidates may remain eligible for similar posts for 24 months
