Responsibilities
- Manage migrant cases, assess needs and coordinate referrals and follow-up
- Assist migrants to obtain or regularise civil and legal identity documents
- Analyse documentation gaps, case trends and barriers to registration services
- Coordinate authorities, registries, consulates, partners and service providers
- Maintain case records, deliver training and monitor implementing-partner compliance
Requirements
- School diploma with six years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant social, migration, human-rights or law field with four years of experience
- Experience liaising with government authorities, international institutions, UN agencies and NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced people, trafficking victims or other vulnerable groups
- Fluency in spoken and written English
