• Develop and monitor humanitarian access strategy
• Build networks with government, community and humanitarian actors

• Build staff and partner access capacity

• University degree in social or legal sciences or related field
• At least five years progressive humanitarian programme-management and community-engagement experience
• Conflict-zone humanitarian operations experience
• French fluency

• North Mali or similar-context experience
• Field security
