Job Description
ITU's Oversight Unit is building a roster of qualified evaluation consultants to conduct centralized and decentralized evaluations and support evidence generation processes. Consultants will help ITU develop a robust evaluation culture across the organization.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct centralized and decentralized evaluations
- Provide technical support to evidence generation processes
- Support project evaluations, reviews and rapid assessments
- Help ITU develop a robust evaluation culture
Role Requirements
- University degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field
- At least two years of experience relevant to the Special Service Agreement
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Experience applying evaluation methods and evidence-generation approaches
Desired Criteria
- Evaluation certification is advantageous
- Experience with the United Nations system is advantageous
