Summary of Responsibilities
- Support protection assistance based on informed consent and humanitarian-protection principles
- Interview trafficking survivors, vulnerable migrants and crisis-affected people using child- and gender-sensitive approaches
- Assess beneficiary needs and report them to the Protection Officer
- Prepare regular case-management reports and enter beneficiary data
- Support referral pathways and protection events with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain confidential personal information under IOM data-protection rules
Role Requirements
- High-school certificate with four years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in political or social sciences, human rights, international affairs, migration studies or a related field with two years
- Experience in trafficking, gender-based violence, child protection or general protection
- Case-management and referral experience
- Fluency in French and English
