Job Description
Supports WFP Sri Lanka’s cash-transfer response for anticipatory action and food assistance. Officer administers beneficiary registration, lists, payments and programme records; compiles monitoring and community-feedback data; and supports field missions, partners and government coordination. The role ensures cash transfers and accountability follow WFP procedures and data-protection standards.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support beneficiary registration and profiling in SCOPE and WFP systems
- Prepare and verify beneficiary lists for cash-transfer activities
- Track disbursements and maintain accurate payment records
- Compile monitoring reports, post-distribution data and community feedback
- Liaise with field staff, partners and government agencies
- Support protection and accountability integration in cash-based transfers
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree with one year of relevant postgraduate experience, or bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience
- Fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil
- Sri Lankan national
Desired Criteria
- Experience with cash-transfer programmes
- Knowledge of digital beneficiary management systems such as SCOPE, Kobo or ODK
