Job Description
Provides integrated operational and programme support to FAO Bangladesh's One Health portfolio, coordinating workplans, budgets, procurement, travel and reporting across the project life cycle. The role strengthens compliant delivery by maintaining planning and results frameworks, collaborating with technical and partner teams, and turning programme data into timely performance reporting.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise project budgets and support operational and financial project closure
- Review activity requests against project documents and approved workplans
- Update quarterly travel, human-resources and procurement plans for compliance with FAO procedures
- Coordinate costed workplans and implementation timelines with technical teams
- Support Letters of Agreement and service-provider contracts and procurement coordination
- Manage annual results-based workplans, budgets and results frameworks
- Prepare progress, monitoring, evaluation and terminal reports for technical and operational clearance
- Capture lessons learned and case studies and coordinate inputs for progress and M&E reporting
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, economics, public management or another discipline relevant to FAO's mandate
- At least seven years of related professional experience in field programme operations and management
- Working knowledge of English at level C
- National of Bangladesh
