Job Description

UNCDF seeks a Programme Analyst in Honiara to implement LoCAL+ climate-resilience grants in Solomon Islands. The post coordinates activities and partners, prepares agreements and payment documents, monitors performance and reporting, manages consultants and service providers, supports workshops, maintains Quantum records, and advances climate adaptation in local governance and finance.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support LoCAL programme implementation and workplans
  • Coordinate partners and service providers
  • Prepare agreements and payment documentation
  • Monitor project performance and reporting
  • Support audits and budget monitoring
  • Update Quantum transactions

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree in development, public administration, environment, climate change, economics or related field
  • Two years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or four with a Bachelor’s degree
  • English

Desired Criteria

  • Climate adaptation or local-finance programme experience
  • UN agency support experience
