Programme Analyst, Digitalisation and Innovation

Provides UNFPA Tanzania with professional support to integrate digital solutions, data innovation and emerging technologies across the country programme. The analyst develops and monitors the digitalization strategy; identifies scalable technologies; applies human-centred design and agile approaches; monitors innovation results; builds partner capacity; convenes knowledge-sharing; develops.

• Develop implement and monitor the Digitalization and Innovation Strategy and annual work plans
• Identify and recommend digital solutions and emerging technologies for UNFPA programmes
• Integrate human-centered design and agile development into programme design
• Analyze the digital landscape connectivity and technology gaps for programme formulation
• Monitor innovation projects define indicators collect data and synthesize results
• Support partners and staff to apply and scale digital solutions
• Establish private-sector technology and innovation-hub partnerships
• Document and disseminate innovation results success stories and lessons learned
• Support ICT management systems databases software and corporate technology standards

• Advanced degree in information technology computer science data science innovation management business administration development studies public health sociology economics international relations public administration or related field
• English fluency
• Digital transformation innovation management or programme-management knowledge or experience
• Digital-solution design testing and deployment experience
