Job Description
Supports UNODC procurement and logistics operations by managing purchasing processes, tender documentation, supplier information and contract administration. The role also contributes to asset, inventory and fleet operations, data reporting and service delivery for regional and programme offices.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare acquisition plans and review purchasing requests
- Prepare tender documents and support evaluation of bids and proposals
- Finalise purchase orders and contracts for approval
- Maintain procurement records and contractual agreements
- Support sourcing strategies and supplier research
- Manage asset, inventory, customs clearance and equipment disposal processes
- Coordinate driver pools, fleet inspections and operational service reconciliations
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
- At least seven years of procurement experience, reduced to five years with a first-level degree
- At least three years using an Enterprise Resource Planning system
- At least three years using office software and web-based management systems
- English and Uzbek at UN Level II
Desired Criteria
- Experience in asset and inventory management, logistics, customs clearance or fleet management
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience with SAP-based applications
- Experience in the UN system or a similar international organisation
