Platform Owner/Sr. Platform Owner (Contractual) - ITDAI LCNew

Provides platform engineering and service-delivery leadership for the IMF’s Learning, Language and Library applications portfolio. The engineer translates business requirements into technical solutions, guides cloud modernization and enterprise integrations, and supports Agile teams through releases. The role produces roadmaps and documentation while coordinating enhancements and vendor support.

• Provide technical expertise for implementation and adoption of language, library and learning platforms
• Translate business requirements into well-architected platform solutions
• Guide cloud upgrades, migrations and enterprise-system integrations
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies and roadmaps
• Support Agile teams through design, development, testing and feature releases
• Produce estimates, designs, test plans, code documentation and maintenance manuals

• Advanced university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field with four years of relevant professional experience
• Alternatively, university degree in a related field with ten years of relevant professional experience

• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC/Web APIs, SQL Server, PowerBI and SecDevOps
• Experience with Azure cloud, security, networking and PaaS services
• Knowledge of language, interpretation, library or learning-management platforms
