Job Description
This internship provides practical operational support to UNICEF Cameroon’s Administration and Finance section during year-end inventory and archive work. The intern will help organise records, prepare inventory and reconciliation documents, maintain trackers and support finance-file management while gaining exposure to administrative processes and internal controls.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support inventory classification, indexing, filing and digitisation of records
- Prepare documentation for the approved archive disposal process
- Compile count sheets, location lists, verification documents and reconciliation trackers
- Perform data entry and maintain trackers for inventory and archive activities
- File and track finance supporting documents including payment files and expenditure records
Role Requirements
- Be enrolled in a degree programme or graduate school, or be a recent university graduate in a related field
- Fluency in English or French
Desired Criteria
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
- Previous professional experience
- Knowledge of advanced spreadsheet functions
- Excellent academic record
- No previous internship with the UNICEF Cameroon office
