Job Description
Provides field-monitoring coordination, systems support and data-quality assurance for UNICEF Myanmar's Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation work. The consultant organizes third-party monitoring deployments across sectors and field offices, improves the consistency and usability of monitoring information, and helps partners apply ethical, accountable evidence-generation practices for timely programme follow-up.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate field monitoring and third-party monitoring deployments
- Organize monitoring information for sector staff, field offices and partners
- Track deployment schedules, meeting actions, deadlines and follow-up
- Support data-quality review across monitoring systems and dashboards
- Identify monitoring issues, risks and practical solutions
- Strengthen ethical evidence generation, confidentiality and data protection
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Information Management, Education, Public Policy or a relevant discipline
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, programme coordination, information management or implementing-partner coordination
- Fluency in English and Burmese
Desired Criteria
- Experience with UNICEF systems or procedures including eTools/FMM and ActivityInfo
- Experience supporting partner training or orientation
- Experience with CSO partners or third-party monitoring arrangements
