Llamadas de teleorientación nutricional y monitoreo a PAT (WFP-PANTBC)

WFP seeks an online volunteer in Peru to provide approved nutrition teleorientation calls and follow-up to people affected by tuberculosis who receive food assistance. The volunteer will document calls in MoDa, report incidents, protect personal data, and reinforce validated programme messages without giving independent medical, clinical, or nutrition advice.

• Complete training on the project framework, nutrition content, and activity flow
• Conduct teleorientation calls with people assisted by the WFP intervention
• Provide respectful, high-quality telephone orientation using approved messages
• Record call information in MoDa following WFP guidance
• Report situations and incidents to the WFP team
• Protect personal data and the confidentiality of handled information

• Knowledge of nutrition or health
• Knowledge of database management
• Access to a computer or laptop, telephone line for calls in Peru, and internet connection
• Commitment to follow approved call scripts, protocols, and guidelines
• Must not provide independent medical, clinical, or nutrition advice
