Delivers evidence-based lead, assurance, office of the inspector general support for Global Fund, combining technical analysis, operational coordination and stakeholder engagement to improve accountable delivery. The role applies relevant systems, data and professional judgement to plan work, monitor results, manage risks and produce reliable information that informs timely decisions and strengthens services for the people and partners

• Plan and coordinate lead, assurance, office of the inspector general work within the assigned operational area
• Collect, analyse and maintain accurate information for management follow-up
• Prepare evidence-based reports, updates and recommendations for relevant decisions
• Work with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Apply organisational procedures, controls and quality standards to assigned outputs

• Completion of secondary education
• Relevant professional experience in the functional area
• Fluency in English

• Over seven years of audit or related experience
• Experience conducting audit and assurance reviews in developing countries
• International-development experience
• Knowledge related to public health, AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria
• Good working knowledge of French
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset
