Layout and Graphic Design Consultant

IOM seeks a consultant in Manila to create a polished digital and print-ready edition of Philippines trafficking referral and victim-identification guidelines. The consultant will develop design themes, produce and revise the selected layout, apply the required branding and style guide, resolve review feedback, and submit approved editable and permanent publication files.

• Propose three design themes with colour, layout, cover, icon and illustration options
• Submit an initial guideline draft using the design theme selected by IOM
• Revise the design draft up to three times in response to IOM review
• Deliver an approved version in editable and permanent formats
• Ensure formatting, branding and design align with the required style guide

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• At least five years of design and layout-services experience
• At least three years providing layout support for manuals, research outputs, reports or similar products
• Good command of English

• Familiarity with Philippine government branding styles
