Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate bilateral meetings and maintain partner engagement records
- Research prospective private-sector and philanthropic partners and funding opportunities
- Support due-diligence reviews, risk assessments and records
- Support WMO Commons contributor research and communications materials
- Prepare and follow up Open Consultative Platform sessions and high-level engagements
- Prepare correspondence, briefing notes, presentations and internal reports
Role Requirements
- Master’s-level studies in international relations, international development, climate studies, business, economics, legal studies or a related field
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Coursework or academic exposure to international organizations, private-sector engagement, partnerships, resource mobilization or sustainability
- Knowledge of French
