Job Description

Develops a Health Promotion and Behaviour Change curriculum for Moldova’s new public-health master’s programme. Working remotely with UNICEF and university faculty, the consultant designs the syllabus, teaching and assessment materials, practical learning tools and final curriculum package, while strengthening capacity to apply behavioural science to evidence-based health interventions.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive Social and Behaviour Change curriculum package
  • Develop syllabus, module description and teaching methodology
  • Prepare lecture, seminar and independent-learning plans
  • Develop an assessment framework and evaluation approach
  • Create presentations, case studies, exercises and group assignments
  • Develop tools, templates, worksheets and facilitator guidance
  • Revise the package using stakeholder feedback
  • Deliver an orientation webinar and final curriculum package

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social and Behaviour Change, Behaviour Science or Public Health
  • At least five years of experience in Behavioural Science and Social and Behaviour Change
  • Experience developing and delivering SBC capacity-building initiatives
  • Proficiency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Public-health Social and Behaviour Change experience
  • Curriculum-development and instructional-design experience for higher education or professional training
