The consultant develops learning materials, facilitates tailored sessions for women leaders and aspiring candidates, assesses participant learning, and prepares recommendations that strengthen inclusive leadership, confidence and participation in public decision-making. • Develop learning modules and methodology for Executive coaching for women leaders
• Deliver tailored training sessions and practical learning activities
• Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments
• Provide advisory or coaching support to programme participants
• Prepare a final report with results, lessons learned and recommendations

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; first-level university degree may be accepted with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English

• Experience working with public institutions, international organizations or the UN
