Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop learning modules and methodology for Executive coaching for women leaders
- Deliver tailored training sessions and practical learning activities
- Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments
- Provide advisory or coaching support to programme participants
- Prepare a final report with results, lessons learned and recommendations
Role Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; first-level university degree may be accepted with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English

- Experience working with public institutions, international organizations or the UN

Additional Information
- Twelve-month home-based consultancy with possible extension
- Payment is made on a per-day basis after UN Women certifies satisfactory services and approves deliverables and timesheets
