Job Description
OSCE ODIHR seeks an intern in Warsaw to advance tolerance and non-discrimination work. The intern will monitor participating States’ commitments, research developments, draft reports and briefing materials, organise events, document meetings, evaluate training, and help prepare annual hate-crime reporting for the ODIHR Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Department.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor tolerance and non-discrimination commitments by participating States
- Research and analyse developments in tolerance and non-discrimination
- Prepare reports, overviews, briefing papers and issue documents
- Organise events
- Record meetings
- Monitor and evaluate events and training courses
- Prepare ODIHR annual hate-crime reporting
Role Requirements
- Nationals of an OSCE participating State
- Final-year student or recent graduate in journalism, humanities, political science, law, international relations or a similar field
- Applicants must be 30 years old or younger
- Good written and spoken English
- Research and analytical-writing competence
- Ability to use Windows applications including word processing, Excel and email
Desired Criteria
- Exposure to human rights issues
- Knowledge of Russian
