Job Description
Supports ADB's Talent Acquisition Division in full-cycle recruitment and selection for client departments. The assistant coordinates vacancy advertising, candidate screening, panel interviews, selection documentation and pre-employment steps, maintains accurate HR records and recruitment data, and advises colleagues and applicants on appointment procedures and requirements.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate vacancy advertisements and coordinate placements through media and recruitment platforms
- Review and pre-screen job applications against minimum qualifications and coordinate shortlisting with hiring managers
- Coordinate panel-interview activities and serve as an HR Business Partner representative when assigned
- Coordinate selection due diligence, salary comparisons, recommendation memoranda, pre-employment requirements and formal offers
- Maintain complete and accurate candidate records in the Human Resource Management System
- Monitor recruitment and personnel actions and prepare regular and ad hoc data statistics
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related area
- At least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in human resources management
- Knowledge of human-resources policies and procedures
- Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews and applicant screening
- Working knowledge of HRMS and personnel database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
