Supports FAO's Shared Services Centre Entitlements and Benefits Team in Budapest by administering staff actions, benefits and HR records. The specialist researches complex policy cases, processes education grants and travel claims, resolves payment inquiries, maintains confidential digital personnel files, drafts HR correspondence and trains newcomers on reliable service-delivery processes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyze complex cases and provide solutions in line with existing policies
- Initiate and complete staff-related actions in corporate systems while ensuring accurate HR records
- Prepare staff-action correspondence, including waivers and clearances
- Process education grants, travel authorizations and travel expense claims
- Investigate payment inquiries with finance staff and support payment requests
- Review and digitally archive personnel files while maintaining confidentiality
Role Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative and human resources support work
- Working knowledge of English
- National of Hungary or resident with a valid work permit
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of corporate electronic databases and systems is an asset
