Job Description
UNDP seeks a Payroll Specialist in Copenhagen to supervise global payroll services for UNDP and partner agencies. The role will lead payroll functional teams, ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, manage complex reconciliation and final-pay cases, advise on operational issues, strengthen automation and standardized processes, collaborate across finance and benefits teams, and improve client service, compliance and payroll controls.
