Gestionnaire en Prévoyance Professionelle

Manage ICRC Pension Fund cases for active insured members and pension beneficiaries, applying Swiss occupational-pension rules across life events. Handle routine and complex cases, calculate and pay benefits, maintain member relations, and contribute to improving administrative processes as the Fund brings technical management in house for its Geneva-based membership.

• Apply the pension plan and follow members and pensioners throughout their careers
• Handle routine and complex pension cases
• Calculate and pay benefits
• Manage entries, exits, home-ownership promotion, divorce, retirement, death and disability events
• Maintain member relationships and interviews
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

• CFC d’employé-e de commerce or equivalent qualification
• At least six years of professional experience, including at least three in occupational pensions or social insurance
• Excellent written and spoken French
• Good command of English

• Federal certificate in occupational pensions or social insurance is an asset
• Experience managing and following disability cases is an asset
