• Provide technical assistance on early-recovery needs and priorities
• Support resilient and sustainable recovery strategies and plans
• Prepare territorial diagnoses and technical inputs
• Support planning, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of UNDP initiatives
• Facilitate coordination with public entities and territorial actors
• Prepare reports, methodologies and technical documents

• At least seven years of experience in early recovery, crisis response or disaster-risk management
• Experience providing technical assistance to public administrations for disaster-risk management
• Spanish fluency

• Experience with UN-system or international-cooperation organisations
• Knowledge of Colombian disaster-risk and recovery policy
• Knowledge of gender, disability and intersectionality approaches
